We spend 8 days here and all eight days we had a wonderful time seeing monkeys & fishing was (great) Fred, came many times he brought his wife this time for the first time! She caught her first sailfish. Fred caught a 400 pound marlin. We will recommend the Bahia del Sol to every friend we have. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Great hotel - We very much enjoyed the spa massage with Adela, she was wonderful and very good. Very accommodating staff. Morning staff was great (Wilbert, Marjorie were great). Beatiful hotel and grounds kept up very well. We will recommend Bahia del Sol again to our friends and family. Keylor by far the most helpful and nicest person at Bahia del Sol. Lease find him, he wil give you good advice.

The food was outstanding, incredible flavors and the presentation! The service was impeccable, we could not wish for more. The ambiance was perfect, the soft light and calypso band, perfect! We had so much fun! Zoraida was in heaven, she had the best birthday ever. All the women fell in love with the food and ambiance and liked it so much, that we decided to make this a monthly event. The men are very upset, but we don't care...

As much as our guests enjoyed Conchal Beach,
I was so happy that we had our reception at
the Bahia del Sol.
It was magical there, and it was exactly the
location we dreamed.
Personally, I did not feel the staff at the
other hotel cared about our day or our guests
stay. They had a very apathetic attitude - even
though I know they tried hard to do all they
could for us.
If I had the choice again, I would have had
both the wedding and the ceremony at Playa Potrero
- I found the beach much cleaner and the sand
was softer to the touch and area more beautiful.
I certainly have no regrets about our ceremony
and how we did it, but in retrospect, I think
having both at Playa Potrero would have been
better
