RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICIES
Any modification or cancellation request must be sent by e-mail to: reservations@bahiadelsolhotel.com.
Please see our policies below:
• Any cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a $30.00 penalty for administrative expenses.
•
Any cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the deposit*.
•
Rates do not include 13% sales tax.
•
No shows will be charged as follows: Stays of 1 or 3 nights will be charge with a penalty of the 100%. Stays of 4 nights or more will be charge with 2 nights penalty.
Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of the booking request.
* In the case that we are able to sell the rooms, an 80% reimbursement will be made.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
•
0 to 5 years old free of charge sharing the room with two adults.
•
6 to 11 years old pay the children rate ($12 plus tax).
•
12 years old and up pay adult rate ($28 plus tax).
DEPOSIT
• Please notice that all reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of the booking request.
•
Bahia del Sol will charge a deposit equal to the total amount of your stay. The credit card will be automatically charged with this deposit at the time of booking.
•
Bahia del Sol reserves the right to cancel your reservation if your credit card is invalid or presents any inconvenience at the time of the transaction for the deposit.
Please contact us if there is any change in your credit card information.
•
Reservations without a guarantee will be automatically released.
• Reductions, cancellations and No shows are 100% penalized.
